Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@pawhuntcats.com with your order number and photos if the item is damaged or defective. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@pawhuntcats.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for items that are heavily used, damaged by misuse, missing parts, or not in the original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
